We recommend booking your venue as soon as possible to secure your date. Dates are booked on a first come first serve basis. We take reservations over a year in advance for some dates.  

Rainbow Gardens requires a $1500 - $4500 nonrefundable deposit per room to secure the date. Deposits vary depending on what date is being booked.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book the date, room, and time.

90 days prior to your event or at time of the (Semi-Final) planning a $1000 nonrefundable payment is due. The Final balance is due no later than 21 days prior to your event.

All final decisions and payments are due 21 days prior to your event.

All deposits are considered Non –Transferable and Non-Refundable All other payments that are made are refundable.

Yes!!! All guest need to be accounted for Rainbow Gardens charges for every chair/seat for an event.

All individuals taking up a chair/seat will be counted as an adult. Young infants or children requiring a highchair do not count in your guest count.

Yes.. Most dates have date premiums depending on the date. We have 100 guest minimum for a Saturdays, 75 guest minimum for a Fridays and Sundays.

Yes, you may bring in up to 2 items from a licensed catering company or restaurant. They would need to bring it in 1 hour prior to your start time.  There is a $50 fee per item for the serving dishes. Rainbow Gardens would need to be notified no later than 3 weeks prior to your event about any food that will be brought in.

Rainbow Gardens does not allow you to bring your own alcohol, however, Rainbow gardens will allow you to provide your own bottle service in addition to our open bar. Rainbow gardens inform you how many bottles will be needed.

Absolutely. Any decorations brought in would have to follow Rainbow gardens guidelines and policies. Addition fees may apply

You can have access on the day of your event starting at 10:00am for decorations and getting ready. Rainbow gardens office will remain open during business hours.

You will have a professional coordinator that will be there the entire event. They will work with you and coordinate all aspects of the event.

If choosing the Formal Room with the Outdoor Courtyard, Rainbow Gardens has the capability to bring the ceremony inside if needed. The Garden Room is already inside.
